Patent Attorney – Partner
Matt Blecher is a founding partner of the firm, and a patent attorney with experience in writing patents and working on behalf of clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to drafting patent applications and office action responses, he has experience with patent appeals, portfolio analysis, due diligence studies, and reexaminations. He also provides clients with guidance and instruction in foreign patent prosecution, assists with client portfolio management and invention identification, and counsels in patent validity and infringement issues.
Matt has written patents on topics including streaming media and media compression, auction systems, handheld electronic devices, solid state memory devices and fabrication, integrated circuit design and packaging, database systems, digital printing applications, capacitive sensing devices, electronic toys, medical devices, computer networking and communication, computer virtualization, and consumer electronic equipment.
