Before entering the practice of law, John was a manufacturing engineer at Integrated Circuit Packaging Corp. in San Jose where he was responsible for analysis of surface mount manufacturing processes, implementation of productivity improvement and cost reduction programs, and manufacturing assembly operations as well as test equipment design and evaluation.
