Emilie manages Wagner Blecher’s docketing system as well as handling day to day patent prosecution duties for our clients. As docketing specialist, Emilie manages and maintains Wagner Blecher’s docketing system, FoundationIP, a state-of-the-art intellectual property management system. Emilie earned her patent paralegal certificate in February 2008 after graduating from CSU Monterey Bay in 2007.

Robert has been working with Wagner Blecher since 2009. Robert handles day to day patent paralegal duties for our clients including assisting with patent applications and patent prosecution filings in the US, organizing prior art for disclosure across complicated patent families, and assisting clients with tracking the status of their patent portfolios. Robert earned his patent paralegal certificate in February 2013.

Ilene Fish has been involved in Intellectual Property Law for over 20 years. Ilene handles day to day patent prosecution duties for our clients along with handling the clients’ annuities and maintenance fees, and earned her patent paralegal certificate in January 2013.
Before coming to Wagner Blecher, Ilene managed a local intellectual property law firm for 14 years. There she learned and managed every aspect of the Patent and Trademark Law from hiring employees to filing trademark and patent applications. This included coordinating the filings of US and International applications with many International Law Firms.
